01Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, applying to the subcontractor network, or using the plan room, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.
02Nature of the service
Paramount Contracting LLC is an independent construction contractor and project manager. We solicit and review subcontractor pricing, submit proposals to general contractors, and manage awarded subcontracted work. Paramount is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walmart Inc.
03No guarantee of work
Registering with the network, being approved to submit pricing, or using the plan room does not guarantee an invitation to bid, a contract award, or bid acceptance. Paramount retains sole discretion over which companies are invited to which projects and which proposals are used.
04Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Company profiles must be accurate, and licensing, insurance, and compliance documents must be kept current. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
05Project information
Plans, specifications, addenda, and bid instructions are published in our bid room for the purpose of preparing pricing on the project they were issued for. Submitting pricing requires an approved bid request. Submitted pricing and general contractor communications are confidential. Reproduction, distribution, or use of project documents for any other project is prohibited.
06Bid submissions
Submitted pricing is binding for the period stated in the bid instructions. Bids are confidential and are never shared with competing subcontractors. Paramount may request clarifications or revisions, and may reject any submission that is incomplete or non-responsive.
07Document availability
Documents are provided as issued by the general contractor. While we work to keep versions current, you are responsible for confirming you are bidding the latest addenda before submission. Paramount is not liable for errors in documents produced by third parties.
08Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access projects or documents you are not authorized to view, scrape or redistribute plan room content, probe or circumvent access controls, or use the platform to transmit unlawful or misleading information.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paramount is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform, including lost bidding opportunities or lost profits.
10Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the platform evolves; continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Paramount Contracting LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
