Register your company with your trades and service states. Our team reviews every application before the plan room unlocks, so pricing access stays with serious trade partners. There is never a fee. Compliance documents are preferred, not required: sending them up front saves review time, but nothing holds up your application if you do not have them yet.
Every package you bid is staffed by a Paramount bid coordinator and project manager assigned to that bid. They are there to answer your questions and walk the scope with you — you are never pricing into a void.

Common questions
What documents do I need?
None to join. A W-9, certificate of insurance, and capability statement are preferred because they save time when you bid, but they are not required to apply — you can upload them any time from your company profile.
How long does review take?
Most applications are reviewed within a few business days. We verify licensing, insurance limits, and territory coverage before granting plan room access.
Does approval guarantee work?
No. Approval grants plan room access so you can be invited to packages that match your trades and states. Every invitation and award is at Paramount’s discretion.
Who do I talk to while I am pricing a bid?
Every bid has a Paramount bid coordinator and project manager assigned to it. They handle scope questions, addenda, and clarifications — reach them through the package questions box or from your invitation email.
Can I update my trades and states later?
Yes. Your company profile in the portal lets you keep trades, service states, contact details, and compliance documents current at any time.
