About Paramount
A construction partner built for one thing — Walmart work.
Paramount Contracting LLC is a nationwide commercial construction contractor and project management firm. We bid, coordinate, and manage subcontracted Walmart construction work on behalf of general contractors across the United States.
How we operate
General contractors performing Walmart construction — new stores, remodels, expansions, site packages, and roll-out programs — invite Paramount to bid on defined scopes. We review the plans and specifications, identify the trades required, and release those packages to qualified subcontractors in our network.
Subcontractors review those documents in our open bid list, submit questions, and request access to price the package they want. Paramount levels the pricing, assembles the proposal, and submits it to the general contractor. On award, we manage the subcontracted scope through completion, including documentation, schedule coordination, and closeout.
We are an independent contractor. Paramount is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walmart Inc. We simply specialize in building for the general contractors who serve them.

The people on your package
Project managers who have worked in nothing but the Walmart program
Our project managers bring an extensive number of years working exclusively within Walmart construction — not retail work in general, and not a mix of sectors. That single-program focus is why our pricing holds up and why our packages move from bid to closeout without surprises.
Every awarded package is assigned a Paramount project manager who stays with it through completion, alongside a bid coordinator who handles questions and documentation during the pricing phase.
Prototype fluency
Our project managers know the Walmart building prototypes, plan sets, and specification packages by name — so scope gaps get caught before they turn into change orders.
Program administration
Walmart work runs on its own paperwork and approval rhythm. Years inside that program means schedules, submittals, and closeout documentation are handled the way the general contractor expects.
Field-level judgment
They have stood on these job sites through remodels, expansions, and new builds — including the overnight and phased work that keeps a store open while it is being rebuilt.
Nationwide coverage
Managers are assigned by region and trade so every awarded package has someone accountable who has run that scope before, in that part of the country.
What guides the work
One building type, mastered
Walmart construction has its own prototypes, standards, and inspection rhythm. Working exclusively in this space keeps our estimates accurate and our field execution predictable.
A network, not a mailing list
Every trade partner in our network is reviewed for licensing, insurance, safety record, and geographic coverage. Nothing is automatic — plan room access is granted only after that review, so the companies pricing our packages are the ones equipped to perform.
Confidentiality by default
Plan sets are published free in our plan room so any qualified trade can price the work. Submitted pricing and general contractor communications stay confidential, and nothing is published without administrator approval.
