Paramount Contracting LLC ("Paramount", "we", "us") operates this website and the associated plan room. This policy describes how we handle information for visitors, applicants, and registered subcontractors.
Information we collect
When you apply to the Paramount subcontractor network we collect company information (legal name, address, contact details), trade and territory coverage, licensing and insurance details, and the documents you upload such as a W-9, certificate of insurance, or capability statement. When you use the plan room we record project activity, document access, and bid submissions.
How we use information
We use your information to evaluate your company for the network, match opportunities to your trades and service states, deliver project notices, administer your account, and maintain records of bidding activity. We do not sell your information.
Project information
Plans, specifications, and addenda are published in our bid room so approved companies can prepare pricing. Submitted pricing and general contractor communications are commercially confidential, are restricted to authorized accounts, are logged, and may not be shared outside your company.
Documents and storage
Subcontractor compliance documents are stored privately and are accessible only to Paramount administrators. Project documents are served through time-limited links. We do not expose underlying cloud-drive folders or credentials.
Email communications
We send transactional messages about your application, document updates, and bid deadlines. You can manage notification preferences in your account, and every notice includes an unsubscribe option where required by law.
Retention and your choices
We retain company and bid records for as long as needed to support bidding history, contractual obligations, and legal requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your company information by contacting us.
